Return Policy

Not happy with your order for any reason? Don’t worry, we’d love to make it right! We will be more than happy to issue you an electronic store credit that can be used at our online store. To process the return, customer is responsible to contact via email at orders@babyboula.com, please include your order number and the items you are returning WITHIN 7 days of your package being delivered in order to handle and process your request. We will review your request and email you back. Baby Bou does not provide a return label and is not responsible for shipping fees. Returns are at the expense of the customer. All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure your order is in perfect condition. You may return unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery date. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return to process and email your refund code.

Please note Baby Bou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact us to let us know and we will do our best to help you locate your package. Customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
